Biography
Iacopo Scola is an Italian composer, sound designer, and music producer whose work blends orchestral tradition with cinematic innovation. Entirely self-taught, he began creating music as a child and developed a unique ability to perceive harmony not only as sound but as meaning — transforming it into narrative.
His approach combines large-scale orchestration with hybrid sound design, producing works that are both visceral and deeply symbolic. Driven by perfectionism and a pursuit of timeless resonance, Scola composes with the aim of leaving a lasting mark: music that does not simply accompany images, but expands them into myth.
Among his most ambitious projects is Silentium, a six-movement symphony that explores silence, transformation, and survival through sound. In October 2025 he released 5 AM, his first official publication, a cinematic work that blends heroism, sacrifice, and cosmic scale. The upcoming release of Exortus Ferae — the opening movement of Silentium — will mark the next chapter of his journey toward building a legendary body of work.*

Iacopo Scola
*My vision is to create music that survives beyond the present moment — sound that does not merely entertain, but reveals truth. I believe silence is not the absence of music, but its origin: a space where harmony becomes meaning, and meaning becomes survival.
Through orchestral and hybrid works, I aim to transform inner struggles, primal forces, and fragile hopes into soundscapes that confront rather than comfort. Each composition is a journey, carved not to please, but to endure — to remind us that music can be both wound and healing, both void and light.
My goal is not recognition alone, but legacy: to write works that resonate as testimony, giving strength to those who listen, and leaving a mark that time cannot erase.*
